About the Role: They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join their dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of 150-170 properties in a supportive environment with comprehensive support services. The successful candidate will enjoy flexible work arrangements, including the option to WORK FROM HOME for up to 2 days per week. In addition to a competitive salary, they offer attractive commissions and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Conducting routine inspections and property appraisals
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Processing rental applications and lease agreements
• Handling tenant enquiries and disputes
• Liaising with landlords to ensure their properties are well-maintained 
• Collaborating with the leasing team to secure new listings and referrals

Salary: 

• $88,800 - $94,350.

Commissions:

• Generous commissions for new listings and sales referrals.
