About the Role
We are seeking an experienced part-time Receptionist with an interest or experience in the food industry to join a family-owned and operated cafe/deli based in Milperra.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the senior operational and management team. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
This is a part-time position - Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Filtering all phone calls
- Order management from order entry to delivery
- General data entry and data management
- Stock counting
- Supporting the senior operational and management team
Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum 3 years Reception experience essential
- Superior communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer service abilities
- Must be capable of transitioning between tasks seamlessly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work competently under pressure
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite
