Do you have experience in and a passion for Wills and estates, family provision and estate litigation and asset protection?
Are you motivated to advance your own career and develop your own skills and professional reputation and standards?
This is a role for a motivated and focused team player keen to work in a supportive and dynamic team environment and build upon a solid base in a full-service CBD firm. Commercial experience desirable, but not necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
- sound experience in Wills and estate administration as well as estate litigation
- have a strong commitment to client service and excellent standards of work.
- great time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- a strong commitment to provide excellent service to achieve the best result for you clients; and
- a friendly, positive, self-motivated attitude and are able to work autonomously, as well as within a team environment;
- A strong working knowledge of the laws and regulatory framework of estate administration and practice directions is essential.
