Export Customer Service Advisor Your new company This fantastic company, located in Chatswood, sources and selects boutique products and supplies major retailers and hospitality operators across Australia and New Zealand. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a new Export Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Your new role In this role you will be responsible for:
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Raising purchase orders
Booking freight when required
Updating customers on the status of their orders
General office administration
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need:
A strong desire to learn and develop your knowledge of their industry
Good experience with MS Office and being able to learn new IT systems and processes
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Great communication skills to manage clients and communicate effectively with your team
A sense of urgency and ability to work quickly
