We are looking for a candidate who is able to read and speak Mandarin. These skills will help the Blackmores Group develop and execute marketing strategies (both traditional and digital) to maximise brand performance in Cross-Border eCommerce channels, targeting Chinese customers and communities within Australia.

What will you do?
- Assist in customised advertising & promotion management, marketing, trade marketing and new product plans for the Chinese market. This include assisting Sales & Marketing Managers in their annual marketing plan, JBP, SMAP, QBR, strategy and activities (ATL and BTL) for Chinese consumers and distributors
- Engage and build rapport with Diagou community by creating content as well as working on various public relations, events and live-streams
- Assist Marketing Manager to develop 360 degree communications for product portfolio, including driving/aligning shopper and in store activation in Asian-dominated channels.
- Assist in Annual Trade Expo from Design to execution
- Develop communications for appropriate Chinese social media channels such as Wechat, LRB, Tiktok to influence purchase decisions of Export Sales customers
- Evaluate data on existing products and recommend changes as needed in advertising , merchandising, and other aspects of Sales & Marketing plan to achieve sales estimates, budgets and profit contributions
- Evaluate competitor activity in Australia and China market to highlight trends and threats to Blackmores
Who are you?
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Business Studies, Commerce. If not, a candidate with strong interest in cross-border eCommerce.
- Good understanding or basic knowledge on eCommerce and Social Media channels for community and
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and reading) and good command in English
- A strong communicator, you work cross-functionally and can manage the relationship with external agencies.
- Strong organisational and planning skills to coordinate large trade events and execute marketing plans.
