Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be liaising between the external sales team and internal customer service to resolve issues and find answers for any discrepancies in the ordering process, as well as coordinating all marketing activities. It is a busy and varied role, requiring a 'hands on', flexible approach to varying daily responsibilities, with the ability to prioritise and to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Sales coordination:
• Liaise between external sales staff and customer service team to provide support and assistance with any problematic orders
• Track orders with external suppliers and customers to ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, production and customer service to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction & update sales team
• Administrative tasks as required ie Sales Presentations, Sales Analysis & Reports,
• Assist NSM with National Sales Team meeting plans & events.
Marketing:
• Content creation and development of marketing assets in collaboration with external agencies
• Create engaging content, including photos, videos and written posts to drive engagement
• Liaise with sales team to be informed of projects to communicate about and to enrich image library
• Manage social media accounts (create, schedule and plan social media campaigns and ad-hoc news sharing, monitor platforms for engagement, respond to comments and provide analytics)
• Ensure the photo library is updated with new material on a regular basis
• Prepare presentations and supporting marketing assets for external sales
• Coordinate participation in tradeshows and other marketing activations, such as networking events and webinars
• Create eDMs
• Manage inventory of marketing materials, placing orders as needed
• Update website with new content and product updates if necessary
• Maintain brand guidelines and awareness
• Coordinate promotional items and merchandise ie Merchant displays & POS material

• Highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time

• Not required but a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Desktop Publishing design software would be a plus!
