As a Medical Receptionist/Practice Manager, you'll oversee patient interactions from check-in to check-out, manage appointments, handle inquiries, maintain records, and optimise practice workflow for enhanced efficiency and patient satisfaction.

What do you bring?

• 2+ years of experience in medical reception or healthcare administration preferred.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health record systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Practice Management software is highly desired!
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes is desirable.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
