AddressSynergy Radiology is seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as the Head Secretary of our newly opened Radiology Practice in Randwick.
With a reputation for excellence, we are at the forefront of medical imaging, dedicated to providing high quality patient care and state-of-the-art services to our patients.
The successful applicant will report to the Site Manager, and will be responsible for the day to day running of the front desk, office / admin duties as well as working with our clinical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care are maintained.
Previous experience working in Radiology is a must for this role, with our without management experience. This may the ideal opportunity to step up into a senior role!
Experience & Attributes:
- Radiology Experience
- Knowledge of Radiology billing and bookings
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Empathetic and friendly nature
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
The role is ideally a full time position, but flexible arrangement available and a 4 day week or 9 day fortnight are possible.
