Admin/Receptionist Officer
This role will support the Facility Manager in a range of day-to-day administrative and support tasks, as well as specific projects and will coordinate the on-site admission process for new residents. Being the first point of contact for clients, residents and staff, you will be responsible for providing courteous reception and administrative support, including rostering staff.

What you bring:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including experience liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience around processing payroll
- A strong commitment to providing high quality customer service and a genuine interest in the elderly
- Demonstrated reception and administrative experience in the Aged Care sector and/or Residential Services setting
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and effective time management skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as fast and accurate typing
- A strong understanding of compliance with privacy and confidentiality principles
- Previous experience working in an aged care environment.
