Due to our ongoing success and need for expansion, we are looking for high performing, customer-focused individuals to join our DES (Disability Employment Services) teams. We have opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions, in various locations across Australia for the following roles:Case managers and consultantsRecruitment advisors & employer engagementSupport roles such as business coordinator and placement supportAbout youDemonstrated ability to communicate through various methods with a variety of stakeholdersAbility to proactively problem solve, display resilience and overcome objectionsProven experience achieving performance targets in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer literacy and confidence navigating complex internal systemsMust hold a drivers licence and Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent (or are willing to apply for a WWCC).Applicants will be required to undertake a police check, it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal historyIndustry experience is not necessary. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, childcare, or industries alike make for a great career transition into Employment Services.
