An exciting opportunity currently exists for a full-time Client
Services Administrator at our Eight Mile Plains office. Stowe

Key responsibilities will include:
Weekly Timesheets created from Simpro software
End of month reports
Preparation of client invoices and other documents associated
with month-end
Maintenance of Project Logs
Monitoring workflow daily and communicating effectively with
account managers and technicians.
Management of client portal documentation including uploading
completed documents onto portals
Managing of internal and external stakeholder
communication
Data entry
Answering of telephones
Support to management and team leaders as required
Follow up outstanding invoices/debtors
Validating and Processing of supplier invoices through Kofax
software
Creating purchase orders
Creating jobs and job folders
Filing of electronic documents
Skills & Experience:
At least 3+ year experience in a similar role
Intermediate level of knowledge in MS office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Simpro, Kofax and or Pronto experience would be highly
regarded.
