About the Role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Facilities Coordinator. As a member of our Human Resources team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and display facilities. From coordinating building maintenance with body corporate, assisting with the opening of our display homes, and coordinating office security and parking arrangements, your attention to detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in maintaining a productive and comfortable work environment for our staff. As a member of the HR Team, you will also have some exposure to HR administration tasks.

In additon to the above this role includes:

• Assisting with company events and functions
• Primary Head Office contact for security issues
• Database management and distribution of keys for our offices and displays
• Coordinating office and display maintenence
• Reception relief
• HR admin (preparing for new starters, letters, agreements, certificates etc)
• Additional admin support to the HR team as required

The successful applicant will have;

• Previous administration experience in a high paced role is a must!
• Experience or an interest in Human Resources
• Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven reliability and trust with confidential information and matters
• Ability to multitask with excellent time management and priorisitation skills
• Have a passion for excellence, innovation and results through a practical hands-on approach to team work.
