What are we looking for:
We are seeking a driven Human Resources Coordinator to support our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this is a hands-on, office-based role, providing support across five businesses and helping to shape our employee’s experience with the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: play a key role in end to end recruitment processes to support the high volume nature of our growth including sourcing, advertising, selecting and interviewing for roles across our businesses.
- Employee experience: Drive a positive employee experience through recruitment, onboarding, lifecycle management and learning and development initiatives. providing support to the business to deliver the operational objectives related to a range of HR activities and programs.
- Compliance and Reporting: Coordinate compliance requirements and administer HR Information Systems and employee benefits. Prepare regular reporting on key People metrics.
- Work Health & Safety: Assist with WHS committee and reporting systems and support in management of RTW and workers compensation claims.
- HR Projects: Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Other ideal criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR and/or recruitment
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professionalism, integrity, and high emotional intelligence
