PCYC is the leading WA youth organisation. We work with the WA Police Force, Community and Government Agencies to ensure that young people across WA reach their potential. This all happens from our 16 centres located from Albany in the South, to Kununurra in the North-West. We are currently looking for a Facilities and Assets Manager. This is a permanent fulltime opportunity, based in Subiaco, with travel to our regional and metropolitan centres required.
Position Overview
The Facilities and Assets Manager supports operations to ensure the delivery of our programs, recreation, and community activities. This is a pivotal position that:
- Manages and oversees infrastructure and asset functions at PCYC.
- Develops and/or implements key strategic plans for PCYC centres, buildings and services.
- Manages the daily operation of PCYC fleet, assets, properties and infrastructure.

About you:
- Demonstrated experience in property management, building maintenance, logistics and/or contract coordination.
- Qualifications in relevant field with developed experience to an appropriate level.
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and to ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing asset management systems.
