- Support internal and external customers through the provision of professional, friendly and helpful face to face, online and telephone interactions
- Provide sound administrative support around Fleet and Facility service requests and information management systems
- Assist and administer document and record control system, including updating registers and maintaining archived files and records
- Support staff with building, room and vehicle items, including relevant booking systems, and report any issues to the Fleet and Facilities Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate individual with a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in an administrative role with the capacity to complete tasks ranging from simple to complex
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and provide relevant and accurate information to stakeholders
- Demonstrated skills and experience in supporting project management and delivery including working across multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome
- Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions
