Facilities Asset Manager
You will lead a small team of Technical Officers, who manage the day to day maintenance undertakings by external vendors. The organisation is about to reduce the number of vendors dramatically through a rationalisation & aggregation of these vendors to increase efficiencies and reduce day to day involvement in maintenance.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Procurement & Management of outsourced maintenance contractors
- Preparation & management of asset operations & maintenance budgets
- Staff leadership, development and mentoring
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship building
We are looking for demonstrated local experience in maintenance and asset management from a physical perspective for non-residential buildings.
- Direct team leadership experience in a maintenance environment,
- Demonstrated understanding of technical maintenance requirements - mechanical (HVAC), electrical, BMS, hydraulics, vertical transport etc.
- Knowledge of relevant Engineering & infrastructure standards, legislation & guidelines

Remuneration
Up to $160K + Super
Location
Based Sydney CBD, you will be required to drive to sites around Sydney, so you will be required to hold a Local Drivers Licence.
