Join us as a Facilities Coordinator, where you will provide proactive and efficient support to the Facilities Management team supporting the efficient operational, compliance and engineering management of occupied and built environment owned by Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd, including offices, commercial space, industrial, hospitality and major infrastructure.
Passionate, skilled, and great with people; here’s who we’re looking for:
- You’ll be an experienced Facilities Coordinator or come from a trade background with an interest in Facilities Management and a good knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices and building systems.
- You’ll be proficient or the ability to learn facility management software, enterprise asset management systems (EAMS) and data analysis tools.
- You’ll have a solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and their application in a corporate setting.
- You are customer centric and able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
- You have a good attention to detail, are organised and can effectively manage and coordinate competing demands.
- You can apply a continuous improvement lens and find innovative solutions to addressing challenges and driving efficiency.
