Facilities Coordinator

Your new company

Hays Facilities have partnered with one of the largest commercial vehicle manufacturers in the globe, who have an exciting new opportunity for a facilities' coordinator to join their team at their training centre based in Mulgrave.

For this role you will be required to work 5 days on site.

Your new role

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Opening and closing the centre each day
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the facility
• Manage and liaise with contractors for any maintenance issues
• Coordinate daily mail room activities including inbound/outbound mail and parcels
• Point of contact for visitors and staff
• Coordinate the truck deliveries
• General administration
• Maintain all office supplies - stationery etc
• Assist the training manager with any other requests

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a similar facilities' management role is essential (Warehouse/Logistics background is desirable).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage time and to prioritise duties
• Good attitude and can-do approach
• Valid National police check
