Position Overview:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the office space, facilities, and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. From coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to managing vendor contracts and handling day-to-day facilities requests, you will be at the forefront of creating a conducive work environment for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for office space, facilities, and equipment.
- Coordinate with service providers for routine preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure optimal condition of office space and infrastructure.
- Ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts and oversee works completed by contractors.
- Assist employees with facilities-related requests.
- Maintain a safe and compliant office environment, adhering to regulations and procedures.
- Handle invoices, payments, and maintain records.
- Prepare monthly management reports and incident reports.
- Provide daily reception coverage.
- Proven experience in facilities coordination or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to manage daily tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in financial services or a corporate environment is preferred.
