The role
Reporting to the Corporate Facilities Manager, you will deliver a high standard of facilities and reception services to Sunwater offices, including maintaining a knowledge and understanding of current legislation relating to facilities management activities.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating day to day facilities Services contractors and wider Sunwater business support
- Delivering and improving key processes such as uniforms, PPE, stationary, corporate printing, cleaning, desk booking app, building maintenance and other services.
- Supporting building works such as refurbishments, new fit outs, and relocations.
- Coordinating contractors to meet Sunwater HSE requirements and minimise or eliminate disruption to staff.
- Acting as a point of contact for building management for building management, after hours works and urgent business requirements.
Please note that due to the nature of this role, there may be the possibility of ad hoc travel to Sunwater regional offices.
About you
Sunwater is looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in facilities or office management in a corporate environment. Furthermore, you will demonstrate strong understanding of WHS incidents and evacuations as well as contractor engagement and management.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple deadlines
- Previous experience with managing sensitive and confidential matters
- Security and Building Management systems experience
