Who we are looking for
An experienced Facilities Coordinator who will be working individually and alongside various departments and third party service providers, at our office based in Darwin.
You will have previous involvement of dealing with the day to day coordination and management of local relationships with third party service providers, such as building management, for both corporate and residential properties.
You will work independently, whilst being adaptable and willing to take on all tasks within this diverse role.
Preferred skills and experience
Demonstrable experience working in fleet management.
Strong IT skills and experience of working with CAFM systems.
Excellent time management and administration skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks in order of importance.
Flexibility and availability to service out of hour queries as and when required.

Main Responsibilities
Ordering office supplies via the recognised service provider.
Processing mail on a daily basis, including couriered mail.
Working with corporate and residential building managers to ensure that all properties are serviced correctly and maintained to the required standards.
Managing a fleet of Company vehicles, reallocating and arranging servicing as and when required.
Scheduling meetings with relevant departments regarding engineering services compliance.
Coordinating and managing all corporate and residential facilities requirements.
