Our client, a distinguished leader in commercial real estate, is seeking a full-time Facilities Coordinator/Manager to join their agile team. Their objective? To onboard a dedicated and experienced professional who is keen to drive operational excellence across multiple commercial sites.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Manage daily operations across various commercial sites, including retail, office, and industrial sectors.
- Implement cost-effective maintenance programmes for buildings, plant systems, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building operation standards and regulations.
- Oversee operating expenditure and sustainable, cost-effective upkeep of all facilities.
- Maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction through proactive maintenance and communication.
- Support in sourcing and executing recommendations from external consultants and managing minor CAPEX projects.
- Administrate the asset register and budgeting for equipment and facility replacements.
- Conduct property inspections, audits, and manage related reports and registers.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with qualifications in Facilities Management or a related trade.
- High level of autonomy, exceptional organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi.
- A strong passion for facility management and problem-solving abilities.
