About this work area
As Unit Facility Management Specialist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Manage the Facilities Management (FM) services through our Integrated FM supplier including safety and compliance to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business and our customers.• Follow up quality of services delivered by the IFM supplier through close working relationships.• Coordinate and execute internal FM related audits and annual reviews.• Support FM budgeting activities and the annual business plan in the unit. Attend weekly meetings to discuss operation issues and contribute to solutions.• Assist in controlling costs working in a cost-conscious way. Follow-up on permits, licences, certificates and reporting measures to stay compliant with local and national legislation, internal rules and requirements regarding the FM scope within Ingka.• Provide subject matter expertise and technical support in daily operations and projects related to the FM delivery model.• Participate in projects within FM related services as required.
As Unit Facility Management Specialist you are:• Experienced in all aspects of FM and passionate to deliver reliable, efficient and seamless services to the store.• Experienced with strong contract management skills and a solution-focused mindset to resolve FM related issues.• Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common goal.• Able to identify opportunities and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement.• Able to work autonomously, take initiative and possess excellent communication skills to deliver set tasks with a sense of urgency.• Able to organise, prioritise and manage administrative tasks, with a good understanding of Microsoft office programs, in particular excel.
