Facilities Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSEAssist IR Facilities Manager in administrative and practical aspects of servicing the Amaroo Peace EventKEY TASKS

Assist with computer based documentation 

Research and procure suppliers

Gather information on-site as required to organise and coordinate Facilities maintenance.

Conduct inspections and walk-throughs of IR facilities as directed

Assist with the day to day facilities operations

Effective, patient and personable coordinator of volunteers as required.

• Can coordinate projects to meet deadlines
• Ability to find solutions to a wide range of problems
• Enjoys working outdoors in a rustic environment
• Good communication skills; observation, listening and customer service
• Physically fit
• Good knowledge of computers and relevant systems and accessories
• Able to work unsupervised
• Able to work safely
• Manual driver’s licence (desirable)
• Forklift ticket (desirable)

HOURS REQUIRED

38 hours per week, with flexibility required during event dates.

Part time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
