Assist with computer based documentation
Research and procure suppliers
Gather information on-site as required to organise and coordinate Facilities maintenance.
Conduct inspections and walk-throughs of IR facilities as directed
Assist with the day to day facilities operations
Effective, patient and personable coordinator of volunteers as required.
SKILLS/APTITUDES- Can coordinate projects to meet deadlines
- Ability to find solutions to a wide range of problems
- Enjoys working outdoors in a rustic environment
- Good communication skills; observation, listening and customer service
- Physically fit
- Good knowledge of computers and relevant systems and accessories
- Able to work unsupervised
- Able to work safely
- Manual driver’s licence (desirable)
- Forklift ticket (desirable)

HOURS REQUIRED38 hours per week, with flexibility required during event dates.
Part time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
