AddressGNB Energy - an electrical infrastructure specialist based in Redcliffe Peninsula - is seeking a forward-thinking Warehouse & Facilities Coordinator to not only manage day to day operations of its warehouse but be hands-on in implementing processes and controls to assist in its ongoing management of its facilities. As a multi-site company with daily fleet movements, you will also be assisting in coordinating HV movements between sites and/or servicing agents.
Responsibilities:
- Developing process for all incoming deliveries, including the unloading and loading of trucks/trailers, document management, stock labelling, storage and allocation
- Able to operate and manage material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks etc
- Physically receive shipments promptly from carriers into the warehouse
- Reviewing of goods received against packing slips to ensure the accuracy of goods received
- Maintain a presentable, clean neat, and orderly work area
- Strong ability to maintain and systematically improve the warehouse
- Follows and sets an example for safety and security procedures
- Follow and adhere to all WHS procedures and work instructions and report potentially unsafe conditions and security issues promptly
- Ability to maintain positive work relationships with employees and external contacts
- Assisting in fleet movements and servicing/TMR bookings.
- Tool and Equipment ordering as required
- Management of Asset registers, GPS tracking software and general administration duties required
- Punctual attendance of work is essential with flexibility to work paid overtime as required
- Ability to prioritise your workload, and adapting to last minute priorities and changes to scope of works.
Minimum requirements
- Minimum of 2 years working in a warehouse environment
- A (demonstrated) forward-thinking and practical hands-on mindset
- Computer literate with both MS word and Excel experience
- Ability to manage multifaceted IT applications (apps, web-based programs) to successfully self-manage their role
- Forklift licence
- Full drivers licence
- HR licence is a must
- Ability to undertake various administrative tasks to support your role
- Exposure to fleet management an advantage
This role is available to commence immediately ! Salary packaging is negotiable, and will be dependant on experience.
