We now have over 5000 employees and an exciting new opportunity for an energetic and highly organised coordinator to join our Facilities Management Team and the broader Property Team.In this newly created role, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to implement a new Asset Management System and contribute to developing new processes. You will play an integral role in providing administration support including, compiling data, developing reports, documentation management and administering contracts for the Facilities Management team.Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills together with your ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders will support your success and be key to ensure effective delivery of property services to the business.Your days will include;
- Scheduling and coordinating routine facilities tasks for properties, including landscaping, HVAC system maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work
- Responding promptly to facilities requests from tenants or property managers
- Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, service providers for repairs/upgrades
- Maintaining accurate records of property data, assessments and legal documentation
- Managing quotes and tenders for property lease related works, services and supplies in a timely manner to meet operational needs
- Sourcing premises for lease, facilitating lease negotiations and lease preparation
- Plan and manage fit-outs, FFE, relocations, commissioning, repairs and maintenance, and refurbishments
- Qualifications and/or experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management and/or Aged Care - preferred
- Demonstrated experience in property management, project management, real estate, or similar position
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and Teams
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing Facilities Management and the Aged Care sector - preferred
