Your Role:
You will lead a substantial global ARB portfolio that includes our renowned compressor and Air locker. These products are conceptualised, engineered and manufactured here in our Kilsyth location and are a cornerstone of ARB's compelling range of Off Road 4X4 Accessories. You will be developing, recommending and taking decisive action that generates sales growth in local and export markets. Leveraging your outstanding analytical, planning, and teamwork talents, you'll also be setting strategies that will achieve future growth and portfolio expansion by enhancing the product offering through innovative product development. Your responsibilities will include:
Spotting Opportunities: Identify and capitalise on market opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Driving Sales: Reaching out and engaging sales leads to modify messaging and define strategies for success.
Innovative Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to drive the development of groundbreaking products.
Market Insight: Analyse consumer demand and forecast product needs.
Detail-Oriented: Maintain and update portfolio product specifications, including technical details, owner's manuals, catalogues, and price lists.
Effective Marketing: Ensure compelling marketing materials and support are readily available.
Customer Support: Support the ARB network and customers with technical and sales support.
Training: Contribute to creating and delivering training and development tools for the product portfolio.
