We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join the team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Host inspections and assess tenancy applications
- Qualifying prospective tenants, coordinating, and conducting inspections
- Conduct Entry Condition Reports and ensure all properties are prepared for occupation.
- Carry out scheduled routine inspections of the portfolio.
- Tenant liaison - handling queries and feedback from tenants.
- Actively look for opportunities to bring on new units and owners
- Maintain a relationship with existing owners
- Monitor rent payments within the portfolio and manage arrears enforcement to RTA procedures.
- Arrange maintenance requests/work orders.
- Ensure lease renewals are issued promptly.
- Conduct exit inspections and conclude a tenancy
- manage 150 properties

-$55,000 - $70,000 salary package plus super, depends on your experience
