About the role
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of a facilities park based in the South East suburbs on a short-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
Key responsibilities will also include:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance and operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and mechanical systems.
- Management of tenant and contractor relationships through regular formal and informal meetings and other forms of communication.
- Management and maintenance of relevant property site inspection audits, reports, and subsequent registers.
- Assisting with monitoring performance and administration of all specialist service providers within your remit.
- Organisation of miscellaneous minor works related to the presentation of the building.
About you
You will demonstrate experience in a facilities management or building management position within a property environment with knowledge of essential services compliance and maintenance of fixed plant and equipment. You will be able to adapt quickly to new environments with the ability to pick up new software systems related to building management.
