Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic facilities management plans for the mixed commercial and retail portfolios in the CBD.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure the properties are well-maintained and operational.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency, energy usage, and sustainability initiatives across the properties.
- Collaborate closely with property managers, leasing teams, and other stakeholders to address tenant needs and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Prepare and manage budgets, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency preparedness protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in facilities management, preferably within a mixed commercial and retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
