Property Manager - Industrial

About the role: A rare opportunity to join a team of hand selected industry experts and facilitate the day to day management of a portfolio of quality industrial assets.

You will be a well-rounded Property Manager that has the ability to wear multiple hats and can deliver on expectations. You will be a team player and leader who is passionate about property, has the ability to think outside the box and wants to make a difference.  

Duties:

• Day to day management of industrial assets
• Financial Management including annual budget preparation and audits, tenant arrears, monthly accruals, accounts payable monthly/quarterly reporting
• Manage critical dates (lease options, expiry dates, bonds
• Work with the leasing team on tenant retention and strategies for new leases
• Cultivate positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns promptly and professionally

The skills and experience required for this role: 

• Minimum 3 years direct experience as a commercial/industrial Property Manager
• High level of financial acumen
• Have the ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional and immaculate personal presentation
