As a result of growth, our client is seeking an additional experienced Facilities Manager to join their team in their Brisbane office.
About the role: As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our clients' commercial properties in the Brisbane CBD region. There will be a focus on and level of experience needed around office CBD buildings.
This role requires a blend of in-office and onsite work, collaborating closely with a team of 5 property managers, a licensee, and a director. Additionally, you will work alongside a team of 4 other Facilities Managers across multiple states and areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial facilities including office buildings, lifts, and security systems.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for properties under management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with property managers, licensees, and directors to address facility-related issues.
- Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing facility operations.
