Qualifications & experience
- Current real estate licence
- Current QLD drivers licence
- Experience in Console Cloud preferred but not necessary
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ properties
- Mange rental listings, inquiries & rental applications
- Lease Renewals & New Leases
- Process Rental applications
- Liaise with tenants, landlords & agents
- Conduct routine inspections & complete reports for landlords
- Conduct Entry & Exit Inspections
- Daily rental receipts & process End of Month
- Management of property maintenance requests
