We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of less than 80 residential properties. Additionally, whilst working as the Property Manager, you will be working as our Business Development Manager (BDM) to bring in new rental properties for the business, remunerated with commission for leads generated and closed by you. With a small portfolio, we take pride in providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our tenants and property owners. Our team is passionate, dedicated, and always ready to go the extra mile to exceed expectations. You will also appreciate our marketing in house is second to none allowing you time to focus more on our clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involved working closely with property owners, tenants and maintenance teams to ensure the efficient operation of properties under management.
Experience in the industry must be at least 2 year minimum
An opportunity to experience both the sales and property management side of Real Estate as our synergistic business model is boutique with various services.
With less than 100 rentals this position involves a lower level of intensity compared to other roles, but gives room for growth in your position.
The Successful Candidate
Real Estate Certificate.
Valid Driver’s Licence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
A positive attitude, sense of humour, and willingness to be part of a supportive team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
