About the role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with a hard services background, to join our team in a full-time capacity, in either Adelaide or Sydney.
This role will see you manage a portfolio of sites for various clients, as well as managing contractors to ensure that they are delivering on time and within budget.
Your key tasks will include:
- Allocation of work orders in our work order management system.
- Prioritising work orders when they come through the work order management system.
- Managing work order priorities.
- Provide on-call emergency support as required
- Processing client quotations.
- Managing preventative maintenance schedules.
- Oversight of contractor performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- At times, you may be asked to visit client sites to ensure that the works have been completed as per contractual obligations.
Limited out of hours work and, on the weekend, may be required at times, as well as some interstate travel.
