Facilities Manager is required for a Body Corporate Management Company
Work independently, whilst supported by an experienced team. We have a position available for an experienced candidate to join our 'small team environment' at Australasian Body Corporate Management located at our Southport office.
The position available is to provide support to our experienced Body Corporate Managers in various tasks of facilities management relating to Body Corporate complex's under our management.
Your responsibilities will include -
- Operate a software package known as Stratamax (training will be provided)
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, verbal and written
- Assist in all aspects of facility management for our residential and commercial Body Corporate complexes located within Brisbane and Gold Coast
- Position is desk based therefore site attendance is not required
- Facilitate quotations and work orders
- Interpret and distribute compliance reports and implement actions required
- Lodgement of the insurance claims
- Administration activities as directed by the Body Corporate Managers
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Be able to interpret legislation in accordance with the Body Corporate Community Management Act 1997
- Training and handover is on offer
