We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care and comfort for our clients at our Facility located at Huntingdale.
Role Summary
As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment where clients receive the utmost care and attention. You will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including client care, staff management, monitoring budgeting, occupancy and regulatory compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring they are trained, motivated and equipped to provide exceptional care to our clients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care, safety and cleanliness throughout the facility
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and clients to develop individualised care plans and address any concerns or needs
- Monitor and evaluate client's satisfaction and quality of care, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance the client experience
- Manage the facility budget, including occupancy, forecasting expenses, controlling costs and optimising resource allocation to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including NDIS Practice standards
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Minimum two years proven experience in the management of aged care/disability service facility
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to management multiple priorities
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
