The fantastic opportunity:
- Manage a 100 bed facility located 20 minutes North of Perth’s CBD
- Full operational responsibility; manage a compliant facility with an excellent reputation within the community and with staff
- Meet agreed performance targets across finance, human resources, customer relationships and governance
- Maintain a positive, supportive and high achieving culture based on their values of respect, care, love and contribution
- Ensure the facility operates in line with best practice and continues to meet the aged care standards by conducting audits and identifying gaps
- Implement and support quality improvement activities so residents and their families’ expectations are not just met, but exceeded
- Develop genuine collaborative relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional customer experience

- Must be an AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Proven track record in a Facility Manager role within residential aged care is essential
- A hands on, grounded, nurturing and resilient leader with a demonstrated ability maintaining a cohesive culture with a culturally diverse team
- Excellent knowledge of the aged care legislation and a proven ability delivering on outcomes
- Innovative, open minded, emotionally intelligent and committed to achieving sustainable results
