Team Overview

The Facilities team organises, controls, and coordinates the operational management of NPC Media and TX Australia’s sites. The team ensures the proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects of our facilities and creates and sustains safe and productive environments for our team members and visitors.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Position Overview

As a Facilities Officer, you will support the Facilities Manager in all aspects of sites administration at NPC Media and TX Australia. You’ll play a key role in Work, Health & Safety (WHS) – including WHS reporting, first aid, fire warden duties, evacuation procedures and reporting, and contributing towards a safe work environment to all team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report on general facility management tasks and activities at NPC Media.
• Support with NPC Media and TX Australia’s sites access management and monitoring.
• Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including site access and WHS reporting.
• Support with the fire evacuation and fire panel procedures.
• Carry out first aid whilst on site, as required.
• Induct and record all contractors’ visits and works and ensure adhesion to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy.
• Monitor courier deliveries and record all site visitors.
• Conduct regular building walk throughs.
• At NPC Media, manage access to Electric Vehicle Charging station in compliance with the company policy.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Essential Experience & Skills

• Experience in customer service, WHS, access entry and general Cardax and CCTV monitoring.
• Communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with facilities reporting, recording, and documenting.
• Basic computer skills.
• Critical thinking, teamwork and collaboration, and adaptability skills.
• Driven and motivated work ethic.
