We are currently seeking a Facility Coordinatorto be based out of the Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison (EGRP) in Kalgoorlie, WA.

The main priority of this role will be to provide coordination of services, administrative support, management, and oversight of the total asset maintenance services at EGRP.

This role will also be responsible for ensuring that Honeywell remains compliant with the Facility Management Subcontract

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Administrative and financial functions in support for the team.
• Manage the Performance Monitoring Program, ensuring Honeywell are 100% compliant with contract deliverables.
• Manage all aspects of QFM system and interface with Honeywell ServiceNet.
• Review and audit administration services to ensure full compliance to Honeywell business processes.
• Assist the Facility Manager with sub-contractor management.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Higher School Certificate (year 12) or suitable TAFE qualifications.
• Certificate III or Diploma in Management or Security qualifications
• Previous experience in a site coordination role
• Administration / financial experience essential
• Competent in standard PC software – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability in the use of Web based business applications.
• Courteous, well spoken & well presented.
