Peoplescout are excited to be partnering with CBC Facilities Maintenance, at a critical point in their growth phase.CBC is a trusted provider of integrated facilities management, asset management and construction services throughout Australia. CBC have an exciting new opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join their growing Perth office.The role will work closely with the Facilities Manager, across a mix of portfolio of building and infrastructure assets, in and around Perth. The head office is based in Burswood, Perth and will see you work closely with the team in the office, and on-site when required.About the role:
- Coordinating Work Orders and activities across different sites
- Scheduling internal trades and subcontractors to complete works so that response times, costs and quality requirements are met
- Conduct site inspections to ensure the required works meet all standards
- Scheduling planned, preventive and reactive maintenance & associated schedules
- Complete job status and completion reporting as required
- Understand and conform to all WHS requirement
- Confident in building strong client relationships and able to create a positive work environment for employees & stakeholders
- Facilities Maintenance or Trade experience (this could be across plumping, electrical or carpentry)
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a computerised maintenance management system
- Polished written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in all support aspects of service delivery including issuing work orders, quotations and logging faults into information management systems
- Good proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly Word and Excel
