We are seeking a Facility Management Officer to join our Customer Operations team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The role will be based at Sydney Olympic Park with hybrid work options available.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with the salary range starting from $93,295 up to $102,941 per annum plus 11% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role
As the Facility Management Officer, you will provide a range of administrative support services, including, fleet management, accommodation leases and contract management, insurance and agency reporting as well as providing general business support to the Office’s Centres and Venues, Business Services and Asset Management teams.
Experience using SAP financial management system and asset management systems (e.g. Pinnacle) is considered beneficial but not essential.

About you
You will have the ability to support the administration of the agency’s facilities and assets in an environment with a high volume and variety of tasks, competing priorities and tight deadlines. You can deal effectively and professionally with business clients and industry stakeholders whilst managing their expectations and balancing competing priorities. You foster a positive customer experience, and you are technology savvy.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
· Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
· Technical proficiency in administrative and financial systems.
· Proven competency in collating data, compiling reports, preparing documentation, maintaining databases and performing a wide range of administrative tasks.
· Demonstrated experience to work as part of a team under directions of others as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as required.
