- Oversee day to day operations of the home
- Lead a very strong clinical team with lots of support in place
- Manage budgets and AN-ACC funding
- Drive occupancy levels
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Aged Care
- Current AHPRA registration is desired but not essential
- Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes
- Extensive clinical and operational knowledge
