We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations of a medium sized aged care facility in Kyneton.The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a positive work culture among staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility team to ensure the highest standards of resident care and service delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, maintenance, and resident admissions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, staff members, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support staff development initiatives, including training and professional development opportunities.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to identify areas for improvement and drive excellence in care delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in health care management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the aged care sector.
- Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
