Job briefWe are seeking an experienced and collaborative Unit Manager to lead the daily operations of our outlets and to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience. As the Unit Manager, you will responsible for operations in the following;
- Driving all aspects of store operations.
- Driving and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide direction, advice, positive thinking, assistance and guidance to all staff.
- Strong staff management
- Rostering
- Budgets and P&L's.
- Maintaining all food and beverage costs and stock levels
- Maintaining compliance with the service standard according to brand guidelines
What you will need to succeed?
- You must have 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the same industry
- Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one.
- Sound commercial judgment: you must have a strong understanding of managing P&L’s and KPI’s and have the ability to drive and improve sales and profitability
- Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills
