As a Facility Manager this key role is about ensuring our residents receive high-quality person-centred care services and where the home operates effectively and efficiently.
- This is a Monday - Friday full-time position
- You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the home
- You will be a natural leader with the ability to maintain the crucial balance between service and clinical care, and operational and staffing needs
- You will understand the significant Aged Care reform agenda and royal commission recommendations and be passionate about leading, managing teams to achieve high standards.
- You will be a leader who engages with residents, families, staff and others.
Key Information:

- Demonstrated managerial experience in the Aged Care sector.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Sound and contemporary clinical and operational knowledge.
- Be passionate about leading, managing teams to achieve high standards
- Confident knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Standards.
