Facility Manager | Aged Care | Ingham

Role Overview:
You'll play a pivotal role in the overall day to day operations including delivery and monitoring of care and support in conjunction with a supportive local and corporate management team. In this role the manager is to ensure the facility fosters and maintains a culture of person-centered care, continuous improvement and meets the requirements of accreditation at all times in line with the Aged Care Code of Conduct.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong and consistent leadership to the team
• Promote a culture of service delivery excellence that aims to improve the wellbeing and lifestyle of our clients
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve goals
• Deliver innovative care and service
• Implement policies and procedures to uphold regulatory standards
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
• Forward business planning and input to strategic directions

Role RequirementsOnly applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered. Successful candidates will be required to under-go pre-employment checks.
Essential Requirements

• Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Demonstrated management and leadership
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Screening Certificate
• A current Drivers License
• First aid and CPR certificate required within one month of commencement
• Up to date vaccination certificates (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
