The Role
Located in Campbelltown, this boutique sized facility is renowned for the provision of outstanding care and lifestyle programs provided to its residents.
With the support of a well structured team of aged care professionals, you will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities for the delivery a high standard of care and lifestyle to residents, as well as ensuring adherence to compliance accreditation standards.
As the leader of the facility, you will contribute to the efficient and effective management of HR and financial management according to the strategic plan and budget. This role is a people and business operations position, requiring a manager who can lead, nurture and inspire the team of dedicated staff whilst ensuring high level of care is maintained.
Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking an experienced manager with strong management and operational skills. It is imperative that you have an in-depth understanding of funding and the accreditation standards and possess strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor staff.
