Facility Manager - Aged Care - Relocation opportunity to Central QLD
The role of Facility Manager carries responsibility for the oversight of the day-to-day operations and the provision of care services across the Aged Care facility.
We are looking for an experienced Aged Care Facility Manager with solid experience and expertise in management to oversee 2 homes in Central QLD.
This facility requires a Manager with experience bringing teams together and bringing them on a cultural journey.

- Salary ranges between $140-$150k + super
- Non-RN's also considered if you have good Aged Care Facility Management experience and solid tenure.
About You
We are looking for a strong and experienced Aged Care Manager who has expert people management and leadership skills.
- At least 2 years' experience in the Aged Care Industry working in a Facility Manager role
- AHPRA Registered Nurse highly regarded but not essential
- A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience
- Experience in change management
- Solid understanding of the Aged Care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference to the lives of the residents
