Band 3 - $31.98 per hour plus 25% casual loading (excl. super)
2 casual positions available. Must be available 2-3 business days, per week.

About the Role
Reporting to the Coordinator Facility Operations, the role of the Facility Officer is to assist the wider team with administrative and operational duties across the Facility Operations portfolio which includes community halls, theatres, meeting room & multipurpose rooms.
The core responsibilities include:
- Furniture and equipment audits and maintenance of asset register
- Facility presentation, safety and maintenance
- Administrative tasks
About You
- Physically capable of performing safe manual handling duties.
- Proficiency in the use of various Microsoft office programs, booking, financial and record management systems.
- Ability to co-ordinate, plan and schedule tasks to ensure that delivery of agreed work program is on track, identify and mitigate issues and identify possible efficiencies to ensure that benefits are realised.
- Experience in developing a positive rapport and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Full Victorian Drivers Licence and Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain one).
